MINUTES

Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45 pm on Monday, March 25th, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF168 (Schultz) – Disability waiver rate system modified.

Chair Schultz moved to adopt the A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Schultz moved that HF168, as amended, to be re-referred to Health and Human Services Finance.

HF763 (Loeffler) – Medical assistance excess income standard for persons who are elderly, blind, or have disabilities increase phased in.

Chair Schultz moved that HF763, as amended, be re-referred to Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1046 (Loeffler) – Medical assistance income limit for elderly, blind, or disabled persons increase phased in.

Chair Schultz moved that HF1046, as amended, be re-referred to Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2244 (Klevorn) – Medical assistance nursing facility value-based reimbursement special assessments definition modified.

Representative Klevorn moved HF2244 before the committee.
