MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Vice Chair of the Jobs & Economic Development Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:07 AM on March 14, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 8:23 AM.

Representative Moran moved the minutes of March 12, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF 1019 (Lien) Small business development center services funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Noor moved that HF 1019 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Omnibus Bill.

Representative Noor renewed his motion that HF 1019 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Omnibus Bill.

HF 914 (Mahoney) Special revenue fund financial institutions account funding provided.

Representative Koznick moved that HF 914 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Omnibus Bill.

Representative Koznick moved the H0914A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Koznick renewed his motion that HF 914 as amended be laid over for possible inclusion in an Omnibus Bill.

HF 1504 (Davnie) Youth skills training program modified, and money appropriated.

Representative Davnie moved that HF 1504 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Omnibus Bill.
