MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:56 P.M. on February 28th, 2019, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

**The Chair's intent is to get through HF 8 and HF 9 on Wednesday evening. If we are not able to do so, we will extend this meeting into the evening.
