MINUTES

Representative Considine, Chair of the Corrections Division, called the meeting to order at 8:04 A.M. on February 20th, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

The committee recessed at 8:05

The committee reconvened at 8:20

Rep. Poston moved to adopt the minutes from February 13th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Rep. Wolgamott assumed the chair at 8:24

HF 1399 (Considine) Ombudsman for corrections reestablished, ombudsman powers and duties established, report required, and money appropriated.

Rep. O’Neill moved the HF1399A1 amendment. Amendment was adopted.

Chair moved to lay over bill 1399 until next meeting for possible amending.
