MINUTES

Representative A. Carlson, Vice Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:02 PM, April 8, 2019 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Acomb moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 4th, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved HF1935 be rereferred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

HF1935 (Nelson); Administrative law judge salaries modified.

Chair Nelson moved to amend HF1935 with Amendment H1935DE1.

Chair Nelson moved to amend H1935DE1 with Amendment H1935A28. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Nelson moved Amendment H1935DE1, as amended.
