Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy Division, called the first meeting to order at 2:33 P. M. on February 5th in Capitol Room 120.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 2:33 P.M.

Representative Brand motioned to approve the minutes from January 29, 2019, motion prevailed.

Chair Ecklund moved HF 119 (Sundin) before the committee.

Chair Ecklund moved HF 120(Gunther) to be referred to the committee on Taxes.

Representative Guenther addressed the committee on HF 120.
