COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 24, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on March 23, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2364 (Kotyza-Witthuhn); Residential Internet service contracts required to be prorated.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved HF2364 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved the S0694A4 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
