COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:01 PM on March 23rd, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on March 22nd, 2022. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3768 (Koegel); Transfer of structured settlement process and approval amended, and prohibited practice violation enforcement provided.

Representative Koegel moved that HF3768 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.
