MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 11th, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. A quorum was present.

Rep. Wazlawik assumed the gavel at 1:02 P.M.

Rep. Nelson moved that the minutes from March 9th, 2021 be approved. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF214 (LIPPERT) Minnesota forests for future program, state nursery operations, and Minnesota Forest Resource Council, and Sustainable Forest Incentive Act purpose and provisions modified.

Rep. Lippert moved that HF214 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Lippert moved the H0214A1 to amend HF214, and the amendment was ADOPTED.

Rep. Lippert presented the bill, as amended.

Rep. Lippert renewed the motion that HF214 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill and the bill was laid over.

Rep. Wazlawik moved that HF248 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Wazlawik moved H0248DE2 to amend HF248 and the amendment was ADOPTED.

Rep. Wazlawik renewed the motion that HF248, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill and the bill was laid over.

Rep. Wazlawik moved H1037A1 to amend HF1037 and the amendment was ADOPTED.

Rep. Wazlawik renewed the motion that HF1037, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill and the bill was laid over.
