LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION MINUTES

Representative Sandra Masin, Chair of the Division on Local Government, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:32 AM on March 10, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Vice Chair Elkins moved that the minutes from March 3rd, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Elkins moved that HF 1565 be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance and Elections.

Vice Chair Elkins presented HF 1565, A bill for an act relating to local government; authorizing a municipality to establish a street improvement district.
