Representative Tina Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Health Finance and Policy Committee meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on April 1, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

HF3403 FIRST ENGROSSMENT (Stephenson) Preliminary application procedure established for individuals seeking professional licenses, licensing boards permitted to charge application fees, appeals authorized, and reports required.

Chair Liebling moved that HF3403, First Engrossment, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Schultz moved that HF4430 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Representative Freiberg, Chair of the Preventative Health Policy Division, moved to adopt DIVH2906CR1, the division report of HF2906. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE REPORT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Freiberg moved that HF2906, Division Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.
