MINUTES


Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Behavioral Health Policy Division, and pursuant to House rule 10.01, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 am on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Lippert moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting from Wednesday, January 27, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 287 (Edelson) – Commissioner of human services and health required to study oversight of sober housing programs.

Chair Fischer moves that House File 287 be recommended for referral to the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Fischer moved the DE-1 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Edelson presented the bill.
