MINUTES


Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Behavioral Health Policy Division, and pursuant to House rule 10.01, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 am on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Franke moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting from Wednesday, March 9, 2022. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF4021 (Boldon) Residential treatment admission requirements for children experiencing mental health crisis established.

Chair Fischer moved that House File 4021 be recommended for referral to the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Fischer moved the A-1 Author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
