Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on February 10, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Xiong moved that the minutes from February 9, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

HF 7 (Olson) Earned sick and safe time provided, rulemaking authorized, civil penalties imposed, reports required, and money appropriated.

The Chair moved that HF 7 be referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

Helen Roberts, House Fiscal Staff, walked through the fiscal note.

The Chair moved the A2 amendment. A roll call was taken. The results were as follows:
