Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 9, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Poston moved that the minutes from March 3, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

HF 1203 (Wolgamott) COVID-19; workers' compensation claim presumption extended.

The Chair moved that HF 1203 be referred to the general register.

Representative Wolgamott presented the bill.
