MINUTES

Representative Noor, Chair of the Workforce and Business Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on February 22nd, 2021. The meeting was broadcasted via Zoom and House Public Information Services. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice-Chair Jay Xiong moved to approve the minutes for the February 17th, 2021 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

HF 672 (Ecklund) Northeast Entrepreneur Fund grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Noor laid HF 672 over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

HF 860 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) Minnesota Family Resiliency Partnership funding provided, and money appropriated.
