JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW MINUTES

Representative Jamie Becker-Finn, Chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 AM on January 21, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Feist moved that the minutes of January 18, 2021, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Tami Baker Olson, Program Administrator of the Guardian Ad Litem Board, presented an overview of the organization.

Presentation on the Uniform Law Commission.
