MINUTES


Representative Lillie, Chair of the Legacy Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:31 A.M. on March 10, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative JORDAN moved to approve the minutes from March 3, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF634 (Becker-Finn); Outdoor heritage fund money appropriated, and restrictions on using money from outdoor heritage fund modified.

Representative LILLIE moved that HF634 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Becker-Finn introduced an amendment to HF634, amendment A2.

Representative LILLIE moved to adopt the A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVIALED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Becker-Finn introduced HF643, as amended.

Testifying on the bill, as amended:
- Mark Johnson: Executive Director, Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council

Representative Xiong introduced an amendment to HF643, amendment A3.

Representative LILLIE moved to adopt the A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVIALED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative LILLIE renewed his motion that HF634, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

HF1248 (Lillie); Legacy dedicated funding website funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative LILLIE moved that HF1248 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Lillie introduced HF1248.

Representative Lillie renewed his motion that FH1248 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means. A roll call was taken, and the results were as follows:

Representative WAZLAWIK moved that HF1938 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Wazlawik introduced HF1938.
