MINUTES


Representative Lillie, Chair of the Legacy Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. on March 26, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative JORDAN moved to approve the minutes from March 24, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Informational hearing on HF1079 (Lillie); Clean water, parks and trails, and arts and cultural heritage funds appropriated; prior appropriations modified and extended; and reports required.

Presentation on the H1079DE2 amendment, the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

HF 1079 (Lillie) Omnibus Legacy Finance Bill
-The DE amendment for HF 1079, the Omnibus Legacy Finance Bill, will be posted on Thursday, March 25th.
-Walkthrough of the DE amendment and public testimony will be taken on Friday, March 26th.
-Amendments to the DE will be due on Monday, April 5th at 5 p.m.
-Formal committee action will be taken on Wednesday, April 7th at 8:30 a.m. If necessary, the committee may recess and reconvene in the evening to complete its work.
