SUBCOMMITTEE ON LEGISLATIVE PROCESS REFORM MINUTES

Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Subcommittee on Legislative Process Reform, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 19, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Wolgamott moved that the minutes of February 16, 2021, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Sandstede presented CS044, a bill for an act relating to state government; easing restrictions on bars, restaurants, and certain other places of public accommodation in greater Minnesota.
