MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Tax Committee meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lislegard moved the approval of the February 4, 2021 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF474 (Huot) Elementary or secondary school student organization fund-raising sales provided exempt under various conditions

Representative Youakim moved that HF474 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Huot presented HF 474.

Providing testimony:

Representative Youakim renewed her motion that HF474 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

HF376 (Youakim) Individual income taxpayer free filing report required, and money appropriated.

Representative Youakim moved that HF376 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Youakim presented HF376.
