Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Tax Committee meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

I. HF 991 (Marquart) Public testimony on the omnibus tax bill, the delete everything amendment to HF 991

Prior to the Tuesday hearing, the delete everything amendment to HF 991 will be posted along with a spreadsheet from House Fiscal. An email will be sent out to the tax committee listserv when these documents have been posted. Public testimony will be taken on Wednesday, April 7. Formal committee action on the bill will take place on Thursday, April 8.

If you are interested in providing testimony on omnibus tax bill, please contact the committee administrator at: nathan.jesson@house.mn no later than 5pm on April 6. Written testimony is encouraged since time will be limited for those that sign up to testify.
