MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Tax Committee meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McDonald moved the approval of the March 24, 2022 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2367 (Hornstein) Solid waste management tax revenue allocation amended.

Representative Youakim moved that HF 2367 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Tax Omnibus Bill.

Representative Hornstein presented HF 2367.

dedicated, amateur sports account created, and money appropriated.

Representative Youakim moved that HF 3167 be re-referred to the State Government Finance and Elections Committee.

Representative Koegel presented HF 3167.

HF 3320 (Acomb) Energy; refundable tax credit provided for investments in energy
efficient home improvements, electric vehicles, and renewable energy; and money
appropriated.

Representative Lislegard moved that HF 3320 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Tax Omnibus Bill.

Representative Lislegard moved the H3320A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Acomb presented HF 3320, as amended.
