PROPERTY TAX DIVISION

MINUTES

Representative Gomez, Vice-Chair of the Property Tax Division, called the remote meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. on March 11, 2021, pursuant to House Rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice-Chair Gomez moved the approval of the March 10, 2021 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1614 (Keeler) Moorhead local sales tax authorized

Representative Marquart moved that HF 1614 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Marquart moved that the HF 1614 A1 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Keeler presented the bill, as amended.

Representative Marquart renewed his motion that HF 1614, as amended be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Marquart moved that HF 1485 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Marquart moved that the HF 1485 A21 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Sundin presented the bill, as amended.

Representative Her moved that HF 1709 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Wolgamott presented the bill.

Representative Hertaus moved that HF 1751 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Poston presented the bill.

Representative Lueck presented the bill.

Representative Hertaus moved that HF 1239 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Kresha presented the bill.

Representative Hertaus moved that HF 1321 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Erickson presented the bill.
