Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00pm on March 22, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the March 17 minutes be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF4164 (Elkins) - Driver and vehicle services; various provisions modified including driver's license expiration dates, driver and vehicle record copies, filing fees, and exam requirements; recommendations made; reports required; and money appropriated.

Chair Hornstein moved to lay over HF 4164, as amended, for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Hornstein moved to rerefer HF 1355 to the committee on Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy.

Vice-Chair Koegel moved that the H1355A3 amendment be adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
