MINUTES
Representative Rena Moran, Chair of the Committee, called the remote Ways and Means Committee meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. on Friday, May 7, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.

Representative Olson moved to adopt the minutes from Monday, April 26, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
BUDRES01-3 2021 Budget Resolution
Chair Moran moved the 2021 Budget Resolution, coded BUDRES01-3, before the committee.
Chair Moran moved to adopt the BUDRES01-3-A01 amendment.
Representative Albright requested a roll call vote on the BUDRES01-3-A01 amendment.
Representative Garofalo moved to adopt an oral amendment to the BUDRES01-3-A01 amendment as follows:
Page 1, line 4, delete “$52,601,053,000” and insert “$52,636,053,000”
Page 1, line 5, delete “$1,712,715,000” and insert “$1,677,715,000”
Representative Garofalo requested a roll call vote on the oral amendment. A roll call was taken, and the results were as follows:

Representative Winkler gave an overview of HF600.
Chair Moran moved to adopt the H0600A42 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
