CLIMATE AND ENERGY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Patty Acomb, Chair of the Committee on Climate and Energy Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:02 PM on March 8, 2023 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kraft moved that the minutes from March 7, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2147 (Her); Microgrid research and application funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Acomb moved that HF 2147 be laid over.

Representative Her presented HF 2147.

HF 2493 (Kraft); Supplemental energy assistance funding provided, annual report required, and money appropriated.

Representative Kraft moved that HF 2493 be laid over.

Representative Kraft moved the DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED; THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Kraft presented HF 2493 as amended.

Representative Hollins moved that HF 2439 be laid over.

Representative Hollins moved the DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED; THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hollins presented HF 2439 as amended.
