COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 6, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved to approve the minutes from March 4, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3889 (Hicks); Amino acid-based elemental formula health insurance coverage required.

Chair Stephenson moved that HF3889 be re-referred to the Health Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Stephenson moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Tabke moved that HF2301 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Tabke moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDEMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Tabke presented HF2301 as amended.

HF3339 (Koegel); Coverage for orthotic and prosthetic devices required, and rulemaking authorized.

Chair Stephenson moved that HF3339 be re-referred to the Health Finance and Policy Committee

Chair Stephenson moved the A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
