Representative Hodan Hassan, Chair of the Committee on Economic Development Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:32 AM on February 21, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Hanson moved that the minutes of February 14, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
