Representative Hodan Hassan, Chair of the Committee on Economic Development Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM on March 6, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Reyer moved that the minutes of February 21, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.



Representative Hanson moved that the Joint Hearing minutes of February 22, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.



HF 3608 (Stephenson) Haven for Heroes campus renovations funding provided, prior appropriation cancelled, and money appropriated.



Representative Hanson moved to refer HF 3608 to the committee on Capital Investment.



Representative Stephenson presented HF 3608.

Representative Hassan moved that HF 4105 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.



Representative Hassan moved the HF4105A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.



Representative Kozlowski presented HF 4105, as amended.
