MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:31 A.M. on March 14, 2024 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF4605 (Bierman) Medication repository program requirements modified.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF4605 be laid over for possible inclusion in a committee omnibus bill.

HF1814 (Reyer) Commissioner of human services required to establish dental home pilot project, project criteria specified, report required, and money appropriated.

Representative Reyer moved that HF1814 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Reyer moved the H1814DE1-2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Reyer presented her bill as amended.

Chair Liebling moved the H4802A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
