MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:32 A.M. on February 9, 2023 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fischer moved that the minutes of February 7, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF816 (Hicks) Medical assistance enrollees allowed to opt out of managed care enrollment.

Chair Liebling moved that HF816 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Representative Hicks presented her bill.

Representative Reyer moved that HF239 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Representative Reyer moved the H0239A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Reyer presented her bill as amended.

Representative Reyer moved that HF384 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Representative Reyer presented her bill.

Representative Acomb moved that HF390 be re-referred to the Committee on State and Local Government Finance and Policy.

Representative Acomb moved the H0390A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Acomb presented her bill as amended.
