Representative Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M. on March 15, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Bierman moved that the minutes of March 8, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2736 (Becker-Finn) INFORMATIONAL ONLY Requirements for licensure and license renewal of ambulance services modified, permits from municipalities required to provide service in primary service area, rulemaking to modify primary service areas required, and establishment of performance standards required.

Chair Liebling moved that HF2736 be laid over.

Chair Liebling moved the H2736A3 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Liebling moved that HF621 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Chair Liebling moved the H0621A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Liebling moved the H0196A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Liebling moved the H0643A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
