Representative Michael Howard, Chair of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:05 P.M. on April 16, 2024, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Lead Johnson moved that the minutes of April 9, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presentation of HF4194 (Howard) Housing infrastructure bonds eligible uses expanded, and additional housing infrastructure bonds issuance authorized.
