HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:00PM on April 2nd, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Bahner moved that the minutes of March 26th, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3397(Edelson)- Peer recovery support services and recovery peer requirements modified, and tiered reimbursement rate structure for recovery peers development required.

Chair Noor moved HF3397 before the committee.

Representative Edelson presented HF3397 before the committee.
