HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:02PM on April 11th , 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Bahner moved that the minutes of April 9th, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4360(Noor)- County-provided adult mental health targeted case management requirements modified.

Vice Chair Bahner assumed the gavel.

Chair Noor moved HF4360 before the committee.

Vice Chair Bahner moved the DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Noor presented HF4360 as amended before the committee.
