HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on January 31, 2023 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Quam moved that the minutes of January 26, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 480 (Elkins); A bill for an act relating to local government; appropriating money to the Minnesota Council on Disability to provide outreach, training, assistance, and auditing related to local government website accessibility; requiring a report.

Chair Noor moved that HF 480 be re-referred to the Committee on State and Local Government Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Noor moved that HF 733 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Chair Noor renewed the motion that HF 733 be laid over. The bill was laid over.
