HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on February 2, 2023 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved that the minutes of January 31, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 568 (Freiberg); Payment rates modified for intermediate care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities.

Chair Noor moved that HF 568 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Human Services Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Freiburg presented HF 568.

Chair Noor moved that HF 999 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Human Services Finance omnibus bill.
