HUMAN SERVICES POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 8, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Curran moved to approve the minutes from February 6, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1043 (Hicks) Task Force on Disability Services Accessibility and pilot project established, report required, and money appropriated.

Representative Hicks moved that HF 1043 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Finance Committee.

Representative Hicks moved the H1043A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hicks presented HF 1043 as amended.

Representative Hanson moved that HF 1067 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Finance Committee.
