LABOR AND INDUSTRY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 P.M. on April 2nd, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Hill moved that the minutes of March 26, 2024, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4626 (Tabke) Federal pipeline inspection rules modified for individuals performing construction or maintenance, prevailing wage.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 4626 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.

Representative Berg moved that HF 4818, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Schultz moved H4818A3 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Schultz withdrew the H4818A4 amendment.

Representative McDonald withdrew the H4818A5 amendment.

Representative McDonald moved the H4818A6 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative McDonald requested a roll call on HF 4818, as amended.
