MINUTES

Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on March 9, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Mekeland moved to approve the minutes from March 7, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2165 (Kraft); Designated refrigerants limitation of use prohibited.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 2165 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Nelson offered an oral amendment HF 2165.

Page 1, line 11, delete “7671(k)” and insert “7671k”

Chair Nelson moved to incorporate HF 2165, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.

Chair Nelson moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Kraft presented HF 2165, as amended.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 2213 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Nelson called the committee into recess at 1:20 PM.

Chair Nelson called the meeting into order at 1:26 PM.
