Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:10 am on March 21, 2023 in the State Office Building Basement Hearing Room.

A quorum was present.

Chair Long Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 moved to refer 1494 to the Committee on Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to refer HF3028 to the Committee on Economic Development Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Monday March 23, 2023 for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day and has established a pre-filing requirement for amendments offered to those bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:17 am.
