Representative Ginny Klevorn, Chair of the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:32 A.M. on Friday, April 5, 2024, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Huot moved to approve the minutes from April 4, 2024. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4593 (Klevorn); Advisory citizens' redistricting commission established, redistricting principles and redistricting requirements established, constitutional amendment to establish an independent citizen's redistricting commission proposed, and money appropriated.

Chair Klevorn moved HF4593 be re-referred to the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee.

Chair Klevorn presented HF4593.
