Vice Chair Edelson moved that the minutes of May 3, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3288 (Frederick) Claims against the state; settlement of certain claims provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Olson moved that HF 3288 be re-referred to the General Register.
Chair Olson moved the A23-0147 amendment to HF 3288. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Frederick presented HF 3288 as amended.
Chair Olson renewed the motion that HF 3288, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
