WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
Representative Liz Olson, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 12:01pm on Thursday, January 5, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Members and staff introduced themselves to the committee.
HF31 (Gomez) Individual income and corporate franchise provisions modified, and federal tax provisions conformity provided.
Representative Gomez moved that HF 31 be re-referred to the General Register
Representative Gomez moved the H0031A1 amendment.
Representative Gomez offered an oral amendment to the H0031A1 amendment.
Representative Gomez presented the Oral Amendment to the H0031A1 amendment
Chair Olson renewed the motion to orally amend the H0031A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Gomez presented H0031A1 amendment as amended.
Representative Olson renewed the motion to adopt the H0031A1 amendment as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Gomez presented HF 31 as amended.
Representative Gomez renewed the motion that HF 31 as amended be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
