Representative Fue Lee, Chair of the Committee on Capital Investment, called the meeting to order at 10:16 AM on May 6, 2025, in Room G23 of the Capitol Building.

Vice Chair Frederick moved that the minutes of April 30, 2025, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 719 (Franson) Safe routes to school grant program funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Chair Lee moved that HF 719 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Lee presented HF 719.
Chair Lee renewed the motion that HF 719 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2486 (Franson) Early childhood learning and child protection facilities funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Chair Lee moved that HF 2486 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Franson presented HF 2486.
Chair Lee renewed the motion that HF 2486 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2484 (Lee) Library construction grant program renamed after Mary C. Murphy, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Chair Lee moved that HF 2484 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Lee presented HF 2484.
Chair Lee presented the HF2484A1 amendment
Chair Lee moved the HF2484A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Lee renewed the motion that HF 2484 as amended be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
