MINUTES

Representative Franson, Co-Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, began the meeting at 8:59AM, on April 30th, 2025, in Room G23 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The committee heard informational presentations from Minnesota colleges.

Representative Franson officially called the meeting to order at 9:08AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Myers moved the minutes of April 29th, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Franson moved HF2418 before the committee.

Representative Franson moved the H2418DE4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Franson laid over HF2418, as amended.
