MINUTES

Representative Franson, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM, on March 10th, 2026, in Room G23 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Rymer moved the minutes of March 5th, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee heard informational testimony regarding current cost drivers for drinking water and sewer infrastructure projects.

The committee heard informational testimony regarding Governor Bonding Recommendations for Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs.
