MINUTES

Representative Franson, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, began the meeting at 10:15AM, on April 9th, 2026, in Room G23 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Local Bonding Projects will be heard.
Each project/bill will be allowed a maximum of two (2) testifiers and will be given a maximum of five (5) minutes to present including all bill author comments and testifier testimony. These will be informational hearings on the bills, and no formal actions will be taken. Testifiers may submit a one-page handout for members on the project. These are projects which have not been heard yet by the committee or visited during the fall bonding tours.
