MINUTES

Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM, on February 19, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Buck moved the minutes of February 18, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED

HF 3389 (O’Driscoll) Insurance producer continuing education requirements modified.

Chair O’Driscoll moved HF 3389 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a future omnibus bill.

Chair O’Driscoll moved to adopt the H1434A3 amendment to HF 1434. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
